Next, here are a few short thoughts this week.
Money
If you jump on trends and perform for the masses and do whatever you feel you need to do in order to get likes, then what others say about you will affect you deeply and personally.
But if you be yourself. Think critically about the message you put out. And only say and do things you deeply believe are the right things to do, because who cares what the algorithm wants this minute anyway, nobody can touch you with their vitriol. It slides right off of you.

Figure out is what parts of your business you want to keep doing, and what you don’t. And build the system around your strengths. Making it up as you go is allowed so long as you make it yours.

The best case is that it will work beyond your wildest dreams. The worst case is that you will learn what not to do next time. Both good outcomes.
Health
1.
A useful tip for those who work from home is to "commute" to work. A quick 15 minute walk around the block before you sit at your desk does wonders for your body and mind.
Relationships
1.
"It is acceptable to have your own thoughts, your own mind, despite what they say. But it is also acceptable to be alone and want the strength of the hive."

A few things or people I like and recommend
Rick Streb helps fitness coaches become published authors. His clients are using their books to get clients, speak on stages and stand out in a crowded industry. You don't need to be a writer or have it all figured out, he'll walk you through the process.

Is $500,000 per year with only 1,400 followers possible?
Everyone thinks you need tons of followers on social media to get online fitness clients.
It’s not "followers" you need. It’s smart systems and solid support.
I know this because I’ve helped 65,000+ trainers go online for over 10 years. And yes, I also run a small and very high-level business mentorship.
In it, we help (and guarantee) trainers get at least 13 new high-paying clients in 12 weeks.
So, today, I’m sharing a podcast with one of my students, Melissa.
It’s scary because this podcast teaches materials that are usually reserved for only our highest-paying customers.
You’ll see our proprietary framework that Melissa used to scale her online training business, retire her husband, and move to Mexico.
