Moving on, here are 2 coaching concepts, 2 business nuggets, and a quote to consider this week.
2 Coaching Concepts
As a trainer, your primary job is not to teach your client to activate their glutes.
It’s not to have you client perform 3 sets of 12 reps. And it’s definitely not to “block-periodize” a training regime.
That is the job of physiotherapists, strength and conditioning coaches, and athletic therapists.
Your primary job is to make your client excited to work out and to have him or her love every single workout.
Lifting heavy weights will not make you bulky like a guy.
Women have a different hormonal makeup than men. They don't ‘bulk up'.
Strength training helps you gain muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat. This will give you a lean physique.
2 Business Nuggets
The majority of people don’t create content – they share.
And the primary reason why people share your information and your name is to show off what they already do or know.
To become the expert you must become the voice of those who don’t have the confidence, time, or drive to develop their own.
You need to change your focus and begin to appeal to the converted.
It’s time to become comfortable articulating the quiescent needs, urges, desires, and beliefs of your target audience.
1 Quote to Consider
"The more high technology around us, the more the need for human touch.” - John Naisbitt (from the book Megatrends, published in 1982.)

I bought candy for my desk––chocolate rosebuds and caramel squares. Big mistake. It's all gone. Actually, that wasn't a mistake. They were delicious. I regret nothing.
