Understand what your clients really want
You can’t sell a program until you figure out what your clients want from you. They won’t value your services until they see you helping them reach their goals.
Building client trust through hard work
Create a reputation that precedes you. Don’t focus on hot new exercises. Trust the process and do the hard work.
Focus on the macro
The small things (micro) are short-term activities that offer immediate gratification. Don’t waste time showing others how successful you are. Concentrate on the macro, even if it’s less likely to result in external validation.
