"Spend time building offline connections to create online support."

Not wanting something is as good as not having it. The counterintuitive math of meaningful living is that less often equals more.

You don’t get less busy by working harder. Ridiculous. That’s like trying to stop a storm with more wind. You get less busy by doing less things but doing them better and with more intentionality.
Health
1.
If you put in the dedicated work to build strength and resilience one time, you’ll be able to put up with more over time. A transformational period of focus needn’t take long to alter a lifetime. Building a strong body requires intense effort. Maintaining a strong body requires consistency.
Relationships
1.
You should obviously get healthier to avoid getting sick, as opposed to frantically seeking cures after disease strikes. Or to grow love when you have it, so that it’s there when you need it. But if there’s no pain, there’s no urgency.
It’s the age-old problem of accountability. With a job, for example, accountability is external. With love and health, internal. External pressures always feel more urgent in the near term. And so, it’s easy to excuse away personal things, only to face the magnitude of the mistake in our later years, once it’s become too late.

A recent review called it "clear and insightful, and entertaining" and that, at its core,"it's a book about solving for peace in your life and business."
That same review went on to say that it "gives permission to think outside the algorithms and easily measurable metrics and has become the North Star "when I feel confused or scatterbrained."
