Next, here are a few short thoughts this week.

Money

"By embracing intense seasons of growth followed by periods of rest or maintenance, you’ll make transformative progress in what matters most while keeping guilt at bay. ! is isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing less, with greater intensity, at the right time."

-From Unhinged Habits

The last 15 years of being an entrepreneur have taught me two things: 1. You don’t need to know how it ends before you start. 2. You just need to know the next step. And sometimes not even that. No one knows what they're doing. We're all making it up as we go. Don't you realize that you can to?

3

"No one feels sorry for a successful person. The suffering of a striver with a comfortable life invokes the image of the world’s smallest violin. And yet it is real."

-Arthur C. Brooks

Health

1

The only way to not get crushed by a heavy weight is to lift a lighter weight first.

2

The shift is what changes people. Not biceps or the six-pack or the scale. Nobody else cares what you look like. You do. And that’s because you think other people do. When you change your body, you change your perception of who you are. That leaks into everything else you do. Are better-looking people given more opportunities? Yeah, probably. But it’s not because they’re better-looking. It’s because they have more confidence in themselves. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? I don’t know. But all of this is a great reason to lift weights.

Ok, so I'm geeking out.

Just noticed a 5-star review for Unhinged Habits from Michael Bungay Stanier, author of The Coaching Habit (sold 1M+ copies).

It's on Amazon. You could read it. what it says

"Getting better at habits and productivity sometimes feels like it just increases the overwhelm.

I'm very efficiently exhausted! Unhinged Habits taps into science and lived experience, and suggests some new ways to build the habits for a fulfilled life."

So very cool.

Building your online training business?

(or want to)

Most coaches I talk to aren’t struggling because they’re bad at coaching. They’re struggling because nobody ever taught them the business side.

Lead generation. Sales conversations. Pricing. Fulfillment that doesn’t burn you out.

^^That’s the stuff that separates coaches who are stuck at $2K months from the ones hitting $10K and beyond.

That’s what we work on inside Online Trainer Mentorship. One on one. With a clear roadmap and someone in your corner telling you exactly what to do next.
