One night in 2011, I started this website from my one-bedroom apartment in Toronto.
By 2015, the site had 4.28 million views, and as of today the Facebook page boasts well over 200,000 fans.
That’s insane, want to know why?
There’s only 300,000 English-speaking personal trainers in the world.
And while I’m able to derive a healthy income from the site, what makes me most proud is the impact it’s had.
An Indian cert just bought 500 copies of Ignite the Fire. I’ve spoken across Europe, met with trainers in Iceland, and been contacted by a trainer in Kenya who is using the material found here to bring fitness to his neighborhood.
All of this started in a one-bedroom apartment at night after a long day of training by a 24-year-old guy with no connections, very little money, and a dream to make an impact.
All of this happened by doing great work and mastering the ability to have that work find its audience.
That’s why today I’m ecstatic to finally announce that my highly anticipated book teaching my theories and application is available. It’s called Viralnomics and is available in paperback, Kindle, and audio all around the world.

I don’t like to compare. They are totally different books.

This book was a passion project, and I want to share it with you. Teaching the material in it is not my business (the PTDC is), but I felt like it would be selfish to keep my research and tactics to myself.
