In terms of nutrition info, the Precision Nutrition system/manual is really the best commercial product when it comes to a scientifically backed program, that’s written in a way for a lay person to read. It’s not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but they are so far ahead of everyone else in terms of completeness.
