Imposter syndrome, the persistent fear of being exposed as a fraud or charlatan, is absolutely paralyzing, and can stunt your growth on so many levels. Unless you possess some sort of superhuman powers, imposter syndrome is something that virtually everybody has experienced in their life, and on more than one occasion. I am sure that most people in the fitness industry can relate to this. The fear of failure, not feeling worthy, not feeling fit enough, worrying about being judged for not looking or acting a certain way, and so much more, has prevented countless fitness professionals from really putting themselves out there. This trepidation and doubt has robbed them of reaching their full potential, and experiencing pure joy and feelings of empowerment.
