The Top Article of the Week

Whoa there, cowboy. Before you get all infuriated at that title, let's explain why this is the top article of the week. Sure, Dr. Rusin brings up some great points that might challenge you to think critically about your client's programs. But this article isn't number one because of his argument per se; it's number one because he makes the argument in the first place.

No, a trainer shouldn't start contradicting experts the day after earning his/her CPT. However, every trainer should strive to maintain the mindset that led Dr. Rusin to explore this topic further -- how can I better help my clients achieve the results that matter most to them? So give this one a read, and decide yourself whether some of your clients might benefit from a tweak in their warm-ups...or in any other part of their programs for that matter.
