A trainer for almost 20 years and a physical therapist for seven, Biggart integrates rehab and fitness to help people reduce or eliminate pain while achieving fitness goals. He lives with his wife and three boys (their initials are EBM), drinks too much coffee, and loves heavy metal music and all Boston sports teams except the Patriots. Go Giants!
