Mike Robertson, CSCS, is president of Robertson Training Systems and co-owner of Indianapolis Fitness and Sports Training in, you guessed it, Indianapolis. He has a master’s degree in sports biomechanics from Ball State University, and for close to two decades has worked with a wide range of clients and athletes, from rehab patients to NBA stars. A former powerlifter (he totaled 1,400 pounds in the 198-pound weight class in his final meet), he’s a prolific writer whose articles have appeared in T-nation and Men’s Health, among many other places.
