Kelly Coffey, a recovering alcoholic and addict, went on her first diet when she was 5, and as a teenager weighed more than 300 pounds. She subsequently lost 150 pounds and has kept it off for more than a decade. Today she’s an ACSM-certified personal trainer and motivational speaker.
