Bob McAtee, LMT, CSCS, has worked in massage therapy since 1980, and is board-certified in therapeutic massage and bodywork. His clients have included Olympic, professional, and recreational athletes; dancers and other performers; and countless patients with soft-tissue injuries. His company, Pro-Active Massage Therapy, is based in Colorado Springs, and he presents seminars worldwide. His first book, Facilitated Stretching, now in its fourth edition, has sold more than 150,000 copies and been translated into six languages.
