He is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and as a military fitness trainer, Stew has trained thousands of students for Navy SEAL, Special Forces, SWAT, FBI, ERT and many other law enforcement professions.
