Let your clients know how to get in touch, and with whom, if there is a problem. Be specific and proactive in your communications. Learn what a typical client’s emotional cycle looks like so you can anticipate their needs.
Optimization should be invisible
Good service for your clients should flow so smoothly that they don’t even realize it’s happening. Take preventive action. You won’t know it’s working because you’re dealing with problems before they arise.
