What Is The Level 2 Certification?

Step 1: Apply

We are very selective about who we let into the Online Trainer Academy Level 2 Certification, for this reason, you’ll need to apply on this page.

Step 2: Interview

After applying, you’ll then be invited to your first interview lasting 15 minutes with one of our team members. If you ace this interview and we think you’re a good fit, then you’ll be invited on to a second (and more comprehensive) interview. This interview lasts 60-minutes, and if you ace this one, then you’ll be invited into the Online Trainer Academy Level 2 Certification.

Step 3: Learn and Take Action

You’ll be sent 3 books: OTA 2 Main Manual, Workbook, and Graduation Materials Booklet (and also given digital access so you can start right away). Like OTA 1, the manual works in tandem with the digital portal and workbook. You’ll see prompts throughout the manual telling you when to use those resources. The exercises aren’t busy work. In fact, they’re the opposite. Each assignment builds another part of your business as you move along. Your program, service structure, documentation, and marketing strategy will be ready to go eight weeks from now.

Step 4: Get Support

Additionally, we’ll let you know when to book one-on-one phone calls with our coaches. Like the homework assignments, they’re mandatory. On top of this, there are weekly group coaching calls with your coaches to get all your questions answered and the deep unique help that you need. Our coaches are here for you every step of the way.

Step 5: Network and Mastermind With Other Industry Leaders

As a student, you’ll be added to our community of other OTA Level 2 Students, Graduates, and Coaches. You’ll be able to ask questions, learn, and surround yourself with others at your level and who are where you want to be. As Jim Rohn says, “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” Who do you want to surround yourself with?

Step 6: Become a Level 2 Certified Online Trainer

Once done, you’ll be a Level 2 Certified Online Trainer, a member of a very small and select group, and one of the most qualified online trainers in the world. Years from now, you’ll remember OTA 2 as the beginning of a new phase of your business, and perhaps your life as well.
