- If you’re renewing your subscription/fixing a missing payment, your subscription will continue and there’s nothing else you need to do.
NOTE: Depending on when you subscribed and where you live, it’s possible that you may be charged a second time before receiving your first issue.
If that happens, don’t worry. You’ll never, ever be charged for an issue you haven’t received. You’ll receive a renewal notice every month on the same date you initially subscribed, and our system is configured so you’re never billed for the same issue twice.

A Few Important Housekeeping Notes:
1. Your receipt
You should have already received a confirmation and receipt in your email. If you don’t see the receipt, please email email@example.com immediately or click on the live chat on this page. We’ll happily resend, but it could also mean that there was a typo in your registration, which we’d like to get fixed up as quickly as possible.
Please triple check that your address in your receipt is correct. Common errors include:
- Missing unit / apt numbers
- Wrong street number
If there is any error of, please hit the live chat on this page or email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject “IMPORTANT: Incorrect address” right away. We really hate shipping things to the wrong address. If your address is incorrect, it could cause a significant delay in you getting your materials.
2. Your monthly subscription
Because your Fitness Marketing Monthly subscription is a physical newsletter that we mail to you each month, it takes a little extra time to carefully print and ship each info-packed issue to you.
We’ll send you an email on the day that it ships to remind you. It can take 5-10 days for deliveries in the USA, and 14-21 days international. Sometimes matters outside of our control (e.g. your post office was struggling with bad weather) mean your last issue was delayed and you’re receiving a renewal notice while you’re still waiting for your latest shipment.
If that happens, don’t worry: You’ll never, ever be charged for an issue you haven’t received. You’ll receive a renewal notice every month on the same date you initially subscribed, and our system is configured so you’re never billed for the same issue twice.
