So many of us get stuck in a rut and live a life that is nothing more than comfortable. Unfortunately, this safety net we have created is preventing us from living our lives in a way that makes us feel happy, vibrant, and fulfilled. In fact, it is a very numb existence. Whether it's taking up a new and invigorating hobby, leaving an unfulfilling career to start a new and exciting one, living totally authentically and freely without worrying about being judged, or simply breaking our soul zapping and life-consuming fitness and nutrition habits, and adopting new ones that will enhance all aspects of our lives, versus control it, many of us have become accustomed to saying "no," "I can't," and "I shouldn't." Imagine the endless possibilities if we changed our mindset and internal dialogue, and said "yes," "I can," and "I should."  In this article, Jen Comas talks about how she went from living a life of mundane routine and "comfort," to learning how to embrace yes, and take risks.
