But Andrew Millett has an absolute — everyone NEEDS to deadlift! To clarify, he isn’t talking about conventional deads for everyone. Instead, he is proposing that all humans need to hip hinge, whether that be via deadlifts, pull throughs, hip thrusts, or bridges.
