Coach Nick Tumminello is the owner of Performance University – Speed Strength & Conditioning in Baltimore, Maryland USA, where he works with a variety of clients from professional bodybuilders and figure models to athletes from the NFL and NBA. Nick also serves as the conditioning coach for the Ground Control MMA Fight Team.
He is a nationally recognized coach and educator known for his innovative exercises. Nick is the developer of the Core Bar, has authored numerous fitness DVDs and is a regular contributor to T-nation, Men’s Health, Women Health, Men’s Fitness, Oxygen, Maximum Fitness and FIGHT! magazine.
