The craze of Crossfit has divided opinion between many in our industry. There’s no doubt that it has improved the popularity of weight lifting for the general population, however questions have been raised from a safety standpoint. The rep targets placed on these type of workouts have the potential to lead to a breakdown in technical form, which in turn increases risk of injury.
