Sure, your clients might walk in and say they want a better body part A, a leaner body part B, or a more muscular body part C, but when it comes down to it, most of them want to be healthier and fitter. So why, then, are there still trainers who put their non-bodybuilder clients on stereotypical bodybuilding programs?
