Online Personal Trainer Blog Posts of the Week Jan 22 – Jan 28

By Jonathan | On Jan 29, 2012 | No Comments | In Blog posts of the week

The busy first month of the year is in the books and I hope you were all able to retain a good amount of your New Years clients. As we enter the depths of winter days tend to get long and motivation tends to sway but keep your heads up and keep getting your clients great results. February and March are the months where you can make the greatest difference as it’s a low time for gym adherence.

I’ve booked a number of speaking engagements for the next 2 months so if you’re free I’d love to see you and meet you there. The first is Coach Nick Tumminello’s Strength Cruise from Feb 17 – Feb 20th. Myself and Coach Bill Sonnemaker will be speaking along with International Society of Sports Nutrition founder Dr. Jose Antonio and the author of The New Rules of Lifting for Women Dr. Cassandra Forsythe. It’s 4 days of hanging out with everybody. Talks are in the morning and the rest of the day is spent in the Caribbean sun.

Beyond that I’ll be speaking at the Net Generation Seminar on March 11 in New Jersey. Again I’m honored to be part of an all-star list of presenters including Coach Dan Trink, the inventor of the Ultimate Sandbag Josh Henkin, Stop Chasing Pain’s own Dr. Perry Nickelson and lots others.

Lastly, I’ll be speaking at the University of Waterloo on Personal Trainer development on March 4 2012.

Can’t think of anybody more deserving. You’ve been pumping out some amazing stuff of late. I’m just happy to be on your good side when you blow up and don’t have time for the little guys anymore.
