Online Personal Trainer Blog Posts of the Week Nov 27 – Dec 3

By Jonathan | On Dec 5, 2011 | 2 Comments | In Blog posts of the week

Sorry for being a day late on this one.  I had planned on having it up yesterday but instead spent 18 hours travelling back from New York (I went to Perform Better in New Jersey over the weekend).  It included 10 different modes of transportation culminating in an overnight bus arriving in Toronto at 6:30am.  To add to it, my Wi-Fi didn’t work on the bus so I couldn’t post this list up.  When I got home I collapsed in bed.  Excuse over.

Can’t think of anybody more deserving. You’ve been pumping out some amazing stuff of late. I’m just happy to be on your good side when you blow up and don’t have time for the little guys anymore.
