Online Personal Trainer Blog Posts of the Week Dec 11 – Dec 17

It’s the most wonderful time of the year
With the kids jingle belling
And everyone telling you “Be of good cheer”
It’s the most wonderful time of the year
It’s the hap-happiest season of all
With those holiday greetings and gay happy meetings
When friends come to call
It’s the hap- happiest season of all

Welcome to the holiday season from myself and Andy Williams (writer of this great holiday jingle).  I can’t put into words how thankful I am to everybody whose been supporting and sharing the PTDC content.  Every day I get emails and messages from appreciative readers.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think this site would pick up steam as quick as it did.  But here we are, nearing the end of 2011 with 10 000 – 15 000 weekly readers growing daily.  So a huge THANK YOU for everybody whose been with us from the beginning.  2012 will rock your socks off.  We have lots of great content planned and a couple surprised up our sleeves as well.
